HOW DO I HEAT UP YOUR PUDDINGS?

The sticky toffee pudding, syrup sponge pudding, spiced ginger pudding and chocolate sponge pudding are best heated in the oven, whereas the jam roly poly and spotted dick pudding are better in the microwave as they are steamed puddings.

Don't worry, cooking guidelines are included on the packaging.

I DON'T HAVE A MICROWAVE?

Don't worry. If you don't have a microwave, you can heat up the suet puddings in the oven. Put a tray of water on the bottom shelf of the oven, and the pudding on the shelf above. This will steam the pudding again, so it doesn't dry out.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PUDDINGS LAST?

Our sticky toffee, chocolate sponge, syrup sponge and spiced ginger puddings will last a month in the fridge. The jam roly poly and spotted dick are better eaten within the week.

CAN YOUR PUDDINGS BE FROZEN?

Yes, they can! Ensure that you defrost them fully before following the normal heating instructions.

As noted above, our sponge puddings will generally last a month from purchase - just keep in the fridge. The jam roly poly and spotted dick puddings are better eaten within a week.
